Who On Earth Are We?
Yes, we are actually located on Earth! Although we share all our projects with you through this wonderful creation called the Internet, we are actually a small team of humans mostly living in Los Angeles, California. Founded on July 23rd 2010, we have brought to the world several small iOS applications, such as our very popular EleMints, and hope to invade other niche markets soon!

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Terms of Service for Mystiko
Mystiko Terms of Service and Information We Collect
When using Mystiko, a device unique identifier is generated for your device, however it is not tied to any other identifying information about you. This identifier is used solely to provide the secure message services provided by Mystiko to you, our customer.
When sending a Mystiko secure message, your message is encrypted using AES-256 and delivered to our servers, however the key necessary to decrypt the message is sent directly to the recipient, and never reaches our servers. Note that although a device unique identifier is necessary to send a secure message, it is not tied back to the message in any way after that, nor is the recipient's device unique identifier recorded when the message is accessed.
The recipient is required to download Mystiko in order to view the message sent to them. Payment is not necessary to read secure messages sent to you. By downloading the message, the message will be securely deleted from our servers and will no longer be accessible by anyone, including us. In certain circumstances (i.e. sending a secure message to a group), the message will be made available multiple times, but is limited by the number or participants in the group.
If a message is not read within 30 days, the message will be deleted from our servers at our discression.
Due to the secure nature of Mystiko, you are also prevented from reading secure messages sent by Mystiko as doing so would prevent us from delivering a message once and only once.
Mystiko is available in both pay-per-use and as an auto-renewing subscription. Every user is granted 10 free secure message credits per device, with more available in bundles of 10 or 50, that they may use on individual secure messages they send via the Mystiko app on iOS 10 or later.
Alternatively, you can send unlimited secure messages by subscribing for $0.99 every 2 months, or $4.99 every year.
Please note that when you subscribe:
- Your existing Secure Message Credits will not be used unless your subscription expires
- Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account when you confirm your purchase
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period for the price you initially payed for the subscription
- Your subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes & App Store Account Settings after your purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
